Indonesian secondary schools run learning, assessment, attendance, and communication through disconnected tools. Administrators can't see learning progress, teachers lose time to manual administration, and parents are left in the dark.
The challenge was operational, not technical: how to run a school as one coordinated system rather than a pile of separate apps.
02 / Solution
A school operating system that puts student learning outcomes at the center and connects them to administration, assessment, attendance, and analytics. Five roles — student, teacher, admin, parent, superadmin — work inside one platform with one source of truth.
It was sold as operational clarity and accountability for school leadership, not as "an LMS."
03 / Execution
I led the product from concept to build: defined the multi-stakeholder school model, mapped each role's workflow, and designed an integrated architecture that links learning delivery to academic operations and analytics.
Key execution decisions:
- One product, not two — LMS and school management unified, because schools want a single platform, not another integration.
- All five roles from day one — parent and admin access were core, not add-ons, because schools are multi-stakeholder environments.
04 / Business Impact
The platform gave schools a single operating layer for learning and operations — more structured management, earlier detection of student learning gaps, and clearer visibility for parents and administrators. It became a foundation for measurable academic operations at scale.
