01About

Founder & Business Builder — strategy, operations, and technology in one.

I build businesses powered by technology, not software for its own sake.

My work begins with the business: the operating model, the incentives, the people, and the constraints. Technology is the competitive advantage I use to scale the solution — not the identity I lead with.

I enjoy the messy part of transformation: understanding why operations break, who is affected, and what will actually change behavior. Only then do I design and build the systems that make the new way of working repeatable.

Companies hire me for transformation projects and new business lines — not for features. I can lead the commercial and operational side, and also build the platform that delivers it.

02How I Think
  • Business first — I start from operations, incentives, and the model that needs to change; technology is the enabler.
  • Problem before tooling — I map the real operational friction and validate the approach before building.
  • End-to-end ownership — I lead strategy, sales, and delivery, and build the system myself to close the loop.
  • Measurable impact — every engagement is judged on business outcomes, not output shipped.
03Where I'm Strong

Founding and building businesses from zero — brand, pipeline, and trust

Enterprise sales and client-facing relationship ownership

Operations, delivery, and multidisciplinary team leadership

Technology strategy that supports the commercial goal, not the other way around

04What Makes Me Different
  • I'm a founder who can build — not an engineer who learned to sell. I own the business case, the relationship, and the implementation.
  • This means less translation loss: strategy, operations, and technology stay in one head from first meeting to delivered system.
  • It gives me commercial instinct: when you close your own enterprise deals and run your own delivery, you feel the business directly.
  • My portfolio shows business outcomes and the operating leverage behind them — not a list of features I coded.
